no it won't fit .. it clearly says it's for 4 doors

you need this
http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-E46-2dr-...620d04&vxp=mtr

but don't quote me since it's ebay, their descriptions are pretty much useless, like how on your link they have a pic of a real m3, and on my link it says for 2 dr and they have a pic of a sedan -_-

m3 hood is just a TINY bit longer and wider than the stock hood (if memory serves me right) so it'll fit but you will have a smaller gap on each side, but it's pretty much a direct swap

BMW M3 Kit..

C'mon OP. don't do this to your car. That is the biggest poser move you can do. Putting m3 body parts especially on a 323 is just not right and it will look flat out ridiculous. Spend your money on something that is worthwhile and will improve the mechanics and performance of the car. I'm sure there is plenty on your car that can be fixed or refreshed. If you have to do a body kit then go oem mtech and do it right. Don't try to be something your not and if you want an m3 look then work hard, save your money, and buy an m3 one day. Until then you should feel good about the fact that you get to drive a great car.

Why would you go through ebay when we have so many vendors?

And what hood could it possibly be on that basically stock M3?

I dont know. I just don't know.

OP, you are free to do whatever you want to your car but whenever an ///M pulls up alongside they will shake their head at you. There are a lot of other good options you have available to you such as the MTec II bumpers and side skirts which will make your 323ci look great Like other's have said, rather than spending the money trying to get your 323 to look like an ///M, just save the cash, trade in your 323i and get an ///M. If your heart is still set on this then I would suggest you use some of the elements from the ///M....not copy it entirely. In other words, you can swap out your side mirrors for the ///M side mirrors but have to transfer your original mirror motors into the new housings, front bumper (although it would look so much better to do the MTec II conversion instead), swap out your rear view mirror auto dim for the ///M Oval rear view auto dim mirror....even get the ///M wheels in either 18" or 19"....but in the end you will still have a slow car....just keep that in mind.

I started out with a 323 and now have my ///M and 330i ZHP. The 323 was a fun car to start out with but in the end it made much more sense to "upgrade" rather than trying to make something look the part but clearly not even in the same league. Good luck...

Guys... I think Shawn gets the idea the prevalent thought going on here regarding his desire to make a faux ///M. He's going to do what he's going to do so in the end it's his money. I myself, think it would be foolish but then it's his car and if it makes him feel better about himself then so be it. I'm sure in time Shawn will get tired of being messed with because he tried to make his 323CI look like an ///M....

BMW M3 Kit..

What's the point of making a m3 rep out of a slow 323ci it may look like one but it's not gonna be fast like one
