ESS TS2+ dyno results

I've had my TS2+ in my car for over 6 years and never had it dyno'ed. Got my chance today.

First off my car's a 2002 330Ci 5-sp. Here's what it's got:
ESS Twin Screw stage II+ 8.5psi supercharger kit
Schrick 248/256/10.8 forced induction camshaft set
Technik Gen2 ceramic-coated headers
SuperSprint free-flow race cats
SuperSprint free-flow middle muffler
Eisenmann race end muffler
OEM "modified" airbox
Snow Performance MPG-MAX water/meth kit

And here's the dyno:

I'm in Las Vegas so the elevation and heat probably hurt the results; it was 85 in the shop. All 3 pulls were done in 4th gear (they were too scared to go into 5th, lol). I also just installed the water/meth kit so it's not dialed in yet.

Just wondering if anyone else with a TS2+ got similar numbers.

That seems a bit low especialy for dynojet.
My car has 93mm pulley (this get's confusing as 6 years ago 93mm used to be the TS2 pulley and 91mm was TS2+), coated catless headers, stock exhaust, stock cam, BMW performance intake.
I pulled 331whp (317 after weather adjusting for temp) on Mustang dyno.

BTW where do you spray the meth? Before the SC or after?

I'm thinking it's low too. Like I said, could be the heat and elevation difference between Las Vegas and Norway.

I'm spraying the water/meth right before the TB.

I'll have to mess with the water/meth tune a bit

I'm running the same numbers, but I've been having problems since install left and right. Biggest problem was the people who installed it never put the spacers for the bracket in. Should have just installed it myself :censored: I dynoed in Colorado in the winter. Then went to Cali and dynoed there at 310.

Uncorrected if anyone is interested.

I talked to a ESS rep at Bimmerfest. He told me to get ahold of the data files from the dyno pull and send it to ESS. They said they can analyze the data and see if there's anything going on. But I still think that a custom tune will get the numbers up closer to what they advertise.

Dirtboy,

I had my ZHP dyno'd last night. Outside Temp was 82F.
Dyno pulls performed on 4th gear to redline.

I'm hoping to get more power once I get headers installed.
I have the TS2+ tune @8.5 PSI, stock ZHP cams, lightweight flywheel, TS3 catback, and BMW Perf Intake, that's about it for power adders.

Now all you need to make things happy inside your motor is:

If you only knew how important these two pieces are,.......research.
