Here's the link. Some small changes. FS's will be 5x3 and some formatting. I'm really excited about this. From the looks of it it will beat the crap out of me. I need this. With a good diet there is no reason I shouldn't add strength and size while getting more conditioned. If I don't I will know there's a problem with me and not this. I really really don't want to miss workouts but I know life happens. I will do whatever I can to get this done. Being that I want to start a small training business I feel like I need to look and perform better.

Awesome workout tonight. I missed this stuff. Starting lighter again to work back up. This messing around with multiple programs messed me up and made me a little weaker.

185x5x3 squats
115x5x3 press
3x10 rings dips with 16lb in weight vest

Then 21-15-9
25lb wall balls and burpees
Finished in 6:45. Trainees so far to do it were 19:35, 18:42 and 13:15

thanks dude. I lost a lot of ground toying with sh1t over the last few months so I hope this gets me back on track.

Last night this was the workout

Front squats were easy. I think I was going 210x3x5 about 5 months ago so I should shoot up quick. And I had no spot on bench so that was a waste.

The wod killed me. 8hspu's and 8 135lb squats. 4 total rounds but 4 sh1tty rounds.

Front Barbell Squat:
65 lb x 10 reps (+51 pts)
135 lb x 5 reps (+69 pts)
155 lb x 3 reps (+63 pts)
155 lb x 3 reps (+63 pts)
155 lb x 3 reps (+63 pts)
155 lb x 3 reps (+63 pts)
155 lb x 3 reps (+63 pts)

Barbell Bench Press:
45 lb x 15 reps (+46 pts)
135 lb x 5 reps (+67 pts)
185 lb x 3 reps (+76 pts)
135 lb x 10 reps (+79 pts)

Handstand Push-Up:
8 reps (+48 pts)
8 reps (+48 pts)
8 reps (+48 pts)
8 reps (+48 pts)
12m amrap. 8 hspu's 8 135lb squat. 4 rounds. Hspu killed me.

Barbell Squat:
135 lb x 8 reps (+75 pts)
135 lb x 8 reps (+75 pts)
135 lb x 8 reps (+75 pts)
135 lb x 8 reps (+75 pts)

Sit-Up:
50 reps (+25 pts)
25 reps (+12 pts)
25 reps (+12 pts)

Tonight's workout
https://www.facebook.com/SollydsStre...54318301271014

I did really slow deadlifts tonight
275x5x3
Sh1t pull ups
8-6-4

Then the metcon. A little on the easy side. I'm rating all of them to see what is hard and what is not. This was rated4/10

WTF happened to you? You were so much stronger than this before. Your numbers are worse than mine now.

Is it just toying around with different programs made you weaker or something else? For me, it's my damn colon and testicles.

Lol calm yourself zoo. I'm still stronger than you. I dialed it back a bit in order to work back up and exceed what I did.

Came expecting nudes, I am disappointed. I'll read through everything later and comment. Off to the gym for now.

So far so good... I originally stopped bcuz my shoulders started to really bother me. And I've always had a weak bench. Even at my peak when I was benching twice a week for 3+ years straight I only got up to 300x1. And it was UGLY...

Do you train at an actual crossfit gym or are your workouts done in a reg gym?

Wow, I totally underestimated my wod last night.
It was going to be 10 rounds of 3 185lb squats and 15 30lb push presses but after my squats I was really shaky and since I once hurt my back on a 185lb squat I was paranoid it would happen again. I switched it to 10 30lb db lunges and 15 30lb DB push press for 5 rounds. I'm hurting today.

This was the total of the workout. Squats are weak. These were tough at 210. I think ring dips are killing my sternum too. My chest bone is killing me. I may switch to some close grip bench press on these days.

Barbell Squat:
135 lb x 5 reps (+66 pts)
185 lb x 5 reps (+92 pts)
210 lb x 5 reps (+109 pts)
210 lb x 5 reps (+109 pts)
210 lb x 5 reps (+109 pts)

Standing Barbell Shoulder Press (OHP):
45 lb x 10 reps (+58 pts)
95 lb x 10 reps (+81 pts)
120 lb x 5 reps (+82 pts)
120 lb x 5 reps (+82 pts)
120 lb x 5 reps (+82 pts)

Ring Dip:
12 reps || weighted || 16 lb (+136 pts)
10 reps || weighted || 16 lb (+109 pts)
6 reps || weighted || 16 lb (+59 pts)

Dumbbell Lunges:
30 lb x 10 reps (+69 pts)
30 lb x 10 reps (+69 pts)
30 lb x 10 reps (+69 pts)
30 lb x 10 reps (+69 pts)
30 lb x 10 reps (+69 pts)

Standing Dumbbell Push Press:
30 lb x 15 reps (+52 pts)
30 lb x 15 reps (+52 pts)
30 lb x 15 reps (+52 pts)
30 lb x 15 reps (+52 pts)
30 lb x 15 reps (+52 pts)

Glute Ham Sit Up:
25 reps (+52 pts)
25 reps (+52 pts)
