Pissed off right now. For the past two weeks or so my lower back has been super tight. The muscles just hurt like a bitch. I couldn't even workout tonight. After a few reps of front squats my lower back was just too bad. I rolled it out but nothing helped. I know tomorrow won't be better either which annoys me because I want to train.

I hate it when this happens, imagine living with feeling unwell for months and not working out. Worst feeling.

Weighing in at 182 gained a little belly fat but no big deal. My meals have been huge lately. Eating a lot more beef where I'd have chicken in the past and a lot more potatoes and rice. Also eating peanut butter throughout the day. I've gotten a lot of comments lately and it feels pretty good. Even my large tshirts are feeling snug

Here's a pic post wedding the other night. Arm looks pretty big for what I'm used to having lol.

And a shirtless from my garage. The door was open and I really hope no neighbors were walking by lol Click image for larger version

Thanks guys. Loving the progress since I was at a stalemate for a while switching programs and stuff. Just keeping things heavy and the metcons short most of the times. Any ideas for one tomorrow. My strength before it is hang cleans and chin ups. I usually keep it somewhat related.

massage therapist yesterday complimented my muscle tone and said it's great to see a guy that workouts that has legs proportionate to his upper body. Felt good man.

Was the massage therapist a man or woman?
Either way, you were being hit on

Here's a pic that's exactly a year apart. I'm probably 15lbs heavier in the second pic. A little more fluffy but I'd rather look like I do today than I did then. The lighting and tan def affect the look a little. Click image for larger version

Imagine what your body could look like if you didn't go out drinking every weekend

Trust me I'm well aware hahah. Most Friday and Saturday nights I have at least 6 drinks. I only had one last night though. Tonight I plan on drinking the clear alcohols which are supposedly better but it's really the alcohol that affects is negatively.
