I was just quoted 300.00 to fix a bent 19 inch rim

I have 19 inch breyton visions and he said the finish would cost more than usual to fix. The rim has a minor bend with no scratches or anything. Does this price seem right?

Does the $300 including dismounting, mounting and rebalancing the tire?
I paid $210 to straighten my wheel.
