Lol no Texas. I've search a little bit and am thinking I may not want to stay in that area. Maybe more in Houston.

There are pockets in those areas that are nice. Commonly reffered to as Stinkydena because it is surrounded by a lot of plants and the smell gets ever increasing depending on exactly what part you are in (depending on day/wind, but it is also a large city, so not all of it is affected). Deer Park isn't the best IMO. My views have changed a bit since I was forced to move into a not so ideal area after losing everything in Hurricane Ike. I now find that some areas are not that bad if you actually spend time in them. Now I want to move near UH Main which is hood as fuuuu lol. It's right next to downtown and the prices of property is still reasonable considering just a few blocks away is Eado and Midtown, where property values have risen drastically in the last several years.

I'm going off topic, so without further ado:

Take a look at a map...

Locate Red Bluff and Space Center Blvd in Pasadena. Follow those south into Clear Lake and you will hit some much nicer areas.

If you have any specific questions please feel free to ask. Alternately if you want to text me then just send me a PM.

I was checking out these apartments called Windshield. They have a garage which is a major plus. Do you know about them and the area surrounding them? If not those then I'll look into renting a house. Lol I must have a garage.
