I've posted these pictures in my progress thread, but this is my first time posting in this sub. I've been putting a lot into this thing for the past year or so and it all finally feels paid off. I most recently wrapped the whole car 3M Atlantis Blue.
Progress thread in the sig. Photos by me, check it out
thanks everyone. i never got around to doing anything with the shift knob. it's a really hard to wrap. i'll probably just leave it how it is until the manual swap or if i get really bored on a winter day
You know, when I saw your samples I thought the color looked like too much. Was worried it would come out all bling and flash. I think the end look is really cool and crisp. Good job installing the product, and congrats on a fantastic looking car.
thank you! it actually is on the flashy side for me. i wasn't prepared for a blue car after being used to white, which is so neutral haha. i did a quick shoot today.
thanks all. i'm already planning for the build for next year which will be a different color among a bunch of other new goodies.
as for the camber in the rear, i can see why it may look uneven but it's just the photo. my suspension setup wouldn't really allow me to lower the rear as much as it is without the camber. that is to be fixed in the spring!
vinyl wrap lol. i didn't take any videos or pictures. a second pair of hands helps a lot for laying down but panels. it's not easy and won't be perfect your first time around. i got pretty frustrated and impatient at times
hard to say. it was about 3 weeks on and off. i worked for a total of probably 7 or so days but only 2-3 hours at a time. next time i do it i'll be stripping the whole car down at once and finishing it much quicker than this time around.
