SO, you put a 330ci engine (M54B30) in a 325ci car ? is that right?
Did you keep the 325ci DME (Ecu) - which matched the car and then flash it to the 330 tune?
Do you have any codes ? Can your code reader (or INPA, etc) communicate with the DME? Sounds like you have an EWS pblm or possible a DME ground pblm. Who flashed your ECU? Do it yourself?
Figure out if you have fuel, or spark
The increasingly common method is to get it running using the original 325 DME then flash later
