I would advise against soy milk. There has been many clinical studies that say consuming soy increases estrogen in the body. Estrogen is the opposite hormone of testosterone (the hormone that all of us should strive to increase). That is the reason many soy products are marketed towards women because not only is estrogen abundant in the female body, but the calcium content in soy milk prevents osteoporosis in thier bones. Although there is no solid conclusive proof, I simply wouldnt risk it.
