Aren't you asian? If not, my apologies but if you are... asians are the most lactose intolerant race in the world. You're so predisposed to it that if you don't continue drinking milk continuously after suckling on teh boobies then you're destined to be a lactard. As for suggestions, try almond milk without any sugar or flavoring...it's actually not bad. Not the same protein count but it's something.
