They really aren't even that bad to drive. I helped my sisters shop for vans, put a few Odysseys through the paces and was surprised at the performance, handling, and comfort.

In other news, my Nordstrom packages from their half yearly sale are streaming onto my doorstep. I'm loving the pattern of a few shirts I bought, but they are not as long as the typical Nordstrom house brand shirts, so that is disappointing...now I'll need to decide if I want to pin it below the belt line or if I just return them. Ahh, the plight of the tall, slender guy.

i totally missed out on a nice buy today
i was at the mall with my wife
we bought our x-men movie ticket and then walked into bloomingdale's to look for a jacket for me
this theory leather jacket was on sale
40% off + additional 25% off ......... making the jacket $490 with tax
https://www.bloomingdales.com/shop/p...mp%3DmatchNone

i wanted to look at some other options so we walked away ... then we had to go
after the movie, i said i should get the jacket just in case ... but bloomingdale's was already closed
went online to order it... and the jacket is not 40% off like it was in store
and the 25% off friends & family sale ... just ended
so if i go back to the store tomorrow, it will just be the 40% off

kicking myself now

My daughter graduated HS last Friday. When I joined this forum she was 3 years old. Crazy. And I don't wear ties.

received the theory leather jacket
it's a very dark gray, almost black unless seen under bright light. i like the color
very soft leather
fits great
and it looks great from the front...
however, it's got this "banding" on the bottom of the back that really detracts from the look (it's like built-in elastic so it hugs the waist)
they should have just left it plain and straight
so it's going back

wow congrats, she going the 4 year college route? I think one of the biggest things that concern me about raising children is the education stuff. With the
way california schools are I'm seriously considering home schooling in the future. Luckily I don't have to make that decision just yet but it's creeping up on me like Biden

Those Strandmoks are great shoes! I have been getting rid of a lot of my AE shoes, but my Strandmoks are definitely staying with me.

New watch arrived yesterday. Quality is quite good for a knock off brand, and I really like the style. It is a bit on the large size but works well enough for a casual watch.

I have one of those as well, the power reserve model, it's a tank for the money.
