Damn! Impressive

I'm going to do this program once I hit my target weight (-5 to 10 lbs) and can eat more.

You should try this again, but next time during the morning. Your testosterone levels are much higher in the morning. My numbers suck at night, even if I feel great and full of energy.

Thanks man! I think I'm going to take your advice and try it earlier in the day. I'm going to perform a deadlift 1RM in a couple of days to see how much I've gained on that particular lift too.

Thanks bro. Just start now. It's 13 weeks of squatting 3 & 4 days a week. Your body composition will change in a good way.

You think even when I'm eating at a fairly large deficit?

Saw the video on IG Steve, solid lift. I also lift in the mornings, and I feel stronger.

Simply put, no. You won't even be able to complete the program.

A protein shake and a banana just to prevent passing out. I also drink gatorade during the workout. Not much.

Very impressive. The thing that's cool about this is that it isn't just your muscles getting stronger it's the fact that you get better at the lift over time. You are training to tell your body to lift the sh1t up and that's why a lot of high frequency programs like this work so well.

I'll start in a couple weeks. Squats are by far my favorite exercise in the gym so I love doing things like this.

For now I'm squatting 2x per week.

yea man I wouldn't advise strapping up on a max if you aren't used to it. When you do make the jump you'll want to have some experience with it.
