Going on Jack3d

Took the plunge in the pre-workout world. Never thought I would, but meh. Just ordered $100 in supplements that should last me about 3 months. 5 lbs whey/2 lbs casein + free multi vitamin, and 250g Jack3d.

My body is excited, however my bank account is pissed.

My Ride: has free candy.
I dropped well over $300, maybe $400, on supps in the past 4-5 months.

Wow. You've seen nice results too lol.

I've been on creatine so I have been seeing great results, but I need something a little extra for in the gym. Hopefully Jack3d works better than crappump250 <

I may try that when my white flood is gone. It seems to be the most popular pre workout sup that we talk about on here.

Jack3d is good ****. Life saver on those days where you are just down and out and really aren't in the mood for the gym.

I like Jack3d 10x more than No Xplode... I piss out of my ass with either supp... but the only side effect Jack3d gives me besides that is itchy ears.

No Xplode made me jittery as fvck, headaches, bloated, horrible crash, ect ect

Towards the end of the tub Jack3d does nothing anymore. I'm debating about more or just getting Whiteflood for a while than switching back.

For the record I hated on NO products but damn can I smash through the weights when using them with mono. lol

A bunch. I'm not saying it doesn't work, just saying just from an ingredient perspective, jack3d>NO.

For one, NO uses MagnesiumGlycerophosphate,(which is only about 10% active) AND Magnesium, which is manly the reason people get the squirts. (Magnesium in high doses is used as laxatives) lol.
For another, it uses malodextrin and a ton of fillers. If you aren't aware of it, it's terrible. Glycemic index of like 104. Almost Double of table sugar, and releases insulin and puts your body in fat storing mode.

I'm just gonna try this, if it doesn't work, try whiteflood.
It comes tomorrow I'll let you know how (or not) I like it

I always take two-three weeks off.

Once I get back in - Right into 2 1/2 - 3 scoops Jack3d w/ 5 grams of Arginine and 5 grams Creatine a half-hour before workout. Glutamine capsules 1 hour and 1/2 before workout.

2 scoops ON Whey protein immediately after workout w/ 5 grams Creatine and 5 grams Arginine. Glutamine capsules 1 hour and 1/2 after workout.

Can't ask for a better pre/post work-out.

i think their website says to take 4 weeks off for every 8 weeks on jack3d

the only other good preWO supp I have heard good things about is AEN presurge and biorhythm SSIM juice

That sounds just like my pre/post except I use Glutamine post only and the powder. I've doubled up my Whey intake and I've noticed a difference.

Yeah I think I'm going to stop using it until after the new year. I'm doing a lot more cardio now trying to cut some fat off. So now is a good time.

Was reallly focused and just wanted to lift, but didn't get any tingling or anything. Taste was pretty good (Lemon Lime) and the scoop was so much smaller than I expected.

The problem with all these preworkout supplements is that you gotta cycle on and off them. And if you're already a serious caffeine freak chances are they are not going to do much for you. This is all my opinion of course but its what I've experienced
