you guys really make me want to hold myself accountable for every little thing I eat. I just don't have that discipline.

Can you tell me what a example of a day looks like?

For me it's usually something like this

9am
Overnight oats (oats, banana, honey, almond milk)

2pm
lots of meat, potatoes

8-9pm
huge meal like 2pm

I suck at eating. Looking at that just irritated me.

Ideally I'd do this

oats at 730am

hardboiled eggs at 10am and some PB or something

Lunch at 2

Smaller lunch at 445 ish before I leave work

dinner at 9

something before bed at 1130

6AM = overnight oats

730AM = workout

9AM = post workout protein shake

10AM = 5 oz baked salmon, 5 oz yams, 4 oz steamed brocoli

1PM = = 5 oz baked salmon, 5 oz yams, 4 oz steamed brocoli

4PM = = 5 oz baked salmon, 5 oz yams, 4 oz steamed brocoli

7PM = = 5 oz flounder, 5 oz yams, 4 oz steamed brocoli

10PM = = 5 oz turkey chili, 4 oz steamed brocoli

What's the total cal count? I'm trying to get about 3000 "good" cals. I think I need to just cook a bunch of sh1t and throw it into tupperware for the week.

I dont count calories. Main concern is protein - strive for 200-250G per day. Then carbs, I adjust depending on how I feel/look. Fats are around 60G. I strive for around 60G fiber too.

I realized that was a dumb idea. It's not possible and the food would suck sitting there. I usually cook every few days now so I can do this pretty easily.

Did you really do the math?!! LOL. But my overnight oats is probably easily 350=400 calories. I put a ton of stuff in it - old fashioned oatmeal, fat free yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, flax seed meal, honey, fruit, unsweetened coconut flakes, pollen, protein powder. Sometimes I'll even mix in a heaping scoop of peanut butter...lol

Update: 5th place Masters Class A. Didn't even get call out for open. I think doing the masters class screwed me cause I was overlooked compared to the other 35 guys in class A open. Live and learn. Moving on:
