He seemed to be an admirer for a while. Excellent video! Makes me happies that I'm in a non M. What's your tire setup if I may ask? I feel tire room is the only thing I can really gain from the M3.

Badass car man, I skimmed over every page and it looked like your cooling system is stock? Did you rebuild at one point? Mine blew up on me after 120k just from normal driving lol

well the 2017 race season in the Turner SpecE46 is a wrap. Didn't end well for me at NCM but could have been a lot worse. I did 8 NASA events and learned something new about racing and race craft every time I race. Hopefully will see more cars racing in 2018. Going to be doing a few things to the car this winter in order to race in AER and WRL.

Hi,

I am considering getting arc8 17x9 for my ZHP. When you put your set on, did you have to roll fenders?
I love your car man, my goals!

Thanks in advance!

Hi Bill, thanks for the build thread! It has given me lots of great ideas for my 330ci build. I was wondering if you could give a few more details on how you made the sunroof fill panel? I've done quite a bit of research and think I have a good idea on how I could do it but figured since you already did it you could give some good advice on how it's done.

I just put those on my zhp, no spacers and no fender roll seemed necessary. My 17x9 arc8 have an offset of 42. I am running 255/40/17 Hankook RS4

Finally put in a fire system. Have been putting it off because I thought it would be hard. It was actually kinda easy. Hardest part was deciding on tank location and where to run lines threw the firewall. Decided on passenger side. Used the smaller rubber grommet for both the pull cable and line. I also used as many oem BMW post as nozzle placement would allow. 4 nozzles in engine bsy and 2 on driver. Attachment 739720Click image for larger version

Was going to order plexi window from Hard Motorsport but they don't cut hole for naca duct. So ordered one from Condor but canceled because they only had naca duct with rivet holes already drilled (I thought they had too many holes) So I cancelled oder. Went to my local plastics supplier and got some Lexan $60. Used old window as template and cut them out using a jigsaw and metal blade. Made my own vinyl too. Pretty happy with the finished product and saved me $$$ Attachment 739736Click image for larger version

Thanks for the offer! But I am way too far for picking it up and I imagine shipping it would be pretty expensive. My brother took a fiberglass part making class at school and said he has a pretty good idea on how to do it.

Window replacement looks really good!
