A GM Vehicle trail

I have a question and I don't know where to ask it, but I had a hope some of you folks might be able to help. I am wondering about wheel runout. I have 4 steel wheels 15X8" and the runout or side to side measurement, or side to side, is 0 runout on two of them, 1/8" on one and about 5/16" to 3/8" on the last one. Is this enough to be felt in the vehicle or in any way be risky ? I'm trying to be clear, but ask if I'm not descripting it properly.

Thank you
