Problems after swap

Let me start with some back story. 2001 bmw 325i with 217xxx miles. Car blew up at around 213xxx. (Was racing my buddies e36 328i with m3 cams and something happened and lost all compression. Bought a new motor. Tried putting it in as fast as I could. Installed a set of catless headers and only installed the pre cat o2 sensors. Ccv delete. Getting lean codes. Getting multiple misfires with fuel shut off. And a random misfire code. Hereís what happens. Start the car and it runs absolutely perfect. Until the car warms up. Once it warms up to operating temp if I come to a stop light for too long the car with start to misfire. If I turn the key off and turn the car back on runs fine. Now once I start cruising first and second gear are fine. Once I shift into third or fourth and am barely on the throttle it starts to get sluggish and I can feel like a stumbling. If I floor it it will go away sometimes but sometimes it feels like it doesnít want to go anywhere. For instance on my lunch break car will run fine. Iíll open it up in ever gear and everything is fine. When I get out of work the car feels like itís not getting fuel. Barely wants to accelerate and will run like this until I clear the codes and then it will run fine. Iím very confused but Iím leaning towards vacuum leak. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated
