Killed round about 5 oem pcb, while desoldering too hot, or bad resoldering.

In the pic the upper one is oem the lower one is my copy.

This is a very important step, as i will copy this pcb design into my big pcb.

Now the same procedure for the AV to HDMI converter...
Looks amazing, but I'm a little confused. Don't you want HDMI in (from pi) to RGsB out (to BMW monitor)?

No, i replace the oem rgbs display with a HDMI touch display.

That's why i convert rgbs from oem to HDMI. And also rearcam AV to HDMI. Pi delivers HDMI...

Then i have a 2 stage HDMI switch to choose between PI and OEM input in first stage and in second stage i choose between rearcam and stage 1 result.

So here are some pics of the new all in one PCB. It offers a 2 stage HDMI switch, RGBs to HDMI converter, AV to HDMI converter, 5V 5A power supply, Hifiberry DAC for sound out, USB soundcard for microphone in, IBUS communication, 4x USB 2.0 Hub powered (2 internal used for USB soundcard and one for USB FM/DAB dongle), soundfilter against alternator noise.

The both oem connectors are from an old tv module, they can't be bought...

The white one needs some repinning, the blue one stays oem.

Will start soldering after i finished my other project, bike to e-bike...

As Addition to the main PCB i designed 3 more PCB.

First is an adapter for the Pi 4 micro HDMI to HDMI. Second and third are designed to connect HDMI to flatcable and Pi USB out to flatcable.

Unfortunatly i made a mistake when designing the micro HDMI. Right now everything fits, but signal comes from HDMI1 instead of HDMI0.

I already asked pi foundation if it was possible to set default out to HDMI1 instead of HDMI0. Hope they will answer me...

Ebike is finished.

The last version caused HDMI interferences as i did not read HDMI design guidelines.

New version is in progress at PCB producer.

Hope the prototypes will come soon.
