Great work!

I'm currently looking for an M54 B30 manifold aswell. Hopefully I can get just as a good deal as you did.

I got the cheaper ones (matte black window trim) the high gloss is too expensive like $1000+ for everything

I also got a dinan throttle unit for my car
here are some pics:

the gains are very minimal, but I definitely have a sharper throttle response when I downshift and also feel a little gain in the upper rpm range 3500+

Have you installed any aftermarket diff/tranny/motor mount bushing replacements?

sure

first I got the uuc (black) with enforcers.. but the shifting was too harsh so I change them for the rougue tranny mounts and i'm very happy with the results

diff bushing is oem and the motor mounts i'm running are from the m3

When you say harsh, you mean it required more effort to get the car in gear, or was it more like added notchiness?

added notchiness
but with rogue mounts and redline mlt and mt90 mixture it feels like butter

i don't really see why you did this, but good job anyway. should've just traded in and gotten an M3 for that money but I still give you lots of credit for the work done and the car looks great.
