We just finished the second season (part?) of The OA. It was... uh... interesting. Good, but interesting.

Clarke has gotten a little more...plump in the last few seasons. Lexa is (was?) really hot though.

Triple Frontier on Netflix was really good. It is hard for me to admit this, but Ben Afleck seems to be a good director.

Gone Baby Gone and Argo are also great movies directed by him.

I watched this a couple nights ago. Relatable humor for a romantic comedy that didn't feel over the top or forced, enjoyed it throughout.

White guy approved.

Also the actor self portrayal cameo - to avoid spoilers as I didn't know he was in it - was an awesome addition. The restaurant scene was hilarious.

a very well thought out movie, down to the ending credit music lyrics.

its funny how both the actors are basically co-workers and how ali wong has already surpassed randall in a few short years

I watched it yesterday on my flight home, it was pretty entertaining though not as funny as I expected it to be. Crazy Rich Asians was a whole different type of movie so I'm not sure a comparison is valid but both were pretty decent.

Anybody watched Stranger Things S3 already? I'm quite busy at work this month and have no chance of watching.

I felt like they did way too much of the "ranting jokes", made Hopper way too big of a borderline abusive douchebag, and changed the general target audience from early-20-somethings to mid-teens.

I mean. It was good, but not as good as I had hoped.
