I lost interest in Strangers Things during S2. Felt like they were just trying to hard to get everyone on the nostalgia train and didn't enjoy it as musch as the first season.

Dark keeps popping up on the social media streams as one to get in to. Anybody check that out? I'm too lazy to search.

Season 1 of Dark was awesome.

Its a TV show, stop overthinking it.

I can see that, but I felt like they really stepped up the creepiness/horror and SFX with S3. Obviously the kids are all getting older, but I thought they did a good job of creating roles for them and breaking apart the group, showing how they each contribute. The attention to detail with callbacks and easter eggs were a nice touch too, instead of lazy writing .

Yup, I think overall it is a great show, excellent acting, writing, story line, special effects, attention to detail, etc.

Not sure what else anyone would want from a TV show, but even if you aren't a fan of it, it would be hard for anyone to say it is not a well produced show.

My Ride: Germans
Dark is currently my favorite series. Amazing writing, would not expect anything less from the Germans. It's incredibly complex and makes Stranger Things look like a kids show, which it kinda of is.

This is pretty much how I recently described it to someone, told them imagine if the Germans made a more adult, scarier, and darker Stranger Things, they did, its called Dark.

Yellowstone on Paramount Network w/ Kevin Costner is on to Season Two. Really dig the show and development for characters and storyline are awesome. Modern day Western feel.

Taylor Sheridan, has a heck of a list to his name for writing/directing. Both of those as well as Wind River w Jeremy Renner.

Started it over the weekend and finished it last night, thought it was pretty good. It's an interesting mixture of comedy, gore, dark/weirdness, with a love story thrown in, but I enjoyed it. Must have been easy to play Black Noir, haha.

Edit - for those who have finished it or don't mind spoilers, the co-creator is doing a Reddit AMA right now: https://www.reddit.com/r/television/...he_new_amazon/

I rewatched endgame with my girl last night and we both laughed as we called captain america homelander and overlayed the weirdness of The Boys onto the marvel universe.

I downloaded 4 episodes of Yellowstone.

I watched the first one and so far I feel it is about Kevin Costner as a BOSS in modern montana.

not so much True Grit, western, more like JAG(the military attorney show) in modern montana country setting

I did feel the need to buy a truck right after and a rifle.

I will give it a few more episodes as It didnt initially grab my arms and rip them off in slow motion
