A gravel-rallycross suspension setup for a E46 sedan?

What is a good E46 sedan suspension setup for use in a gravel rallycross style event?

Will stock springs and shocks cut it? Will Bilstein HD's on stock springs be better?

Are 16's the ideal rim size for this application? Or does 17 work as well (or even better)?

Any other upgrades that would be helpful? F/R anti-roll bars? Perhaps some 330i brakes?
