Question Rocker panel replacement

I pulled the rocker panels (the plastic panel lining the bottom of the doorjam) in an attempt to remove an ant colony that took up residence in my car, and found that they don't want to slide back into place.

Does anyone have any tips on putting these panels back? I've not broken any parts.

Hey Vann, I knocked my driver side rocker panel cover loose when I hit a curb. Did you figure out how to re attach yours?

I remember scrapping something in a convenience store parking lot and breaking one or two of the fasteners. You will need a couple to reattach it and they're not expensive but will test your patience doing it. Look at an online vendor or go to a dealership, it will cost a couple dollars her in the US.
