The bumper is OEM from an '02
Not sure about the offset on the wheels, you can contact anyone at DPE or EF1 about it. They really know BMW's

If i'm not mistaken those are ACS sides.

Your ride is super clean. My only piece of advice would be to change your aerokit spoiler for the ACS 3 piece. But even as it is, it's awesome. We need DPE resellers here in the UK, I would rock those in a heartbeat!
