These speakers were ridiculously expensive new but I am looking for a different setup now with in-walls and have no need for bookshelves. These speakers pack a huge punch and will compliment any home theater system. In perfect condition and I will throw in 2 stands for the left and right.

$900 OBO takes all three. Will not sell individually. Buyer pays shipping costs. These speakers retailed at $5000 new and I am letting them go for a steal. PM's welcome or e-mail @ [email protected]

(mods I posted this in the Misc Classifieds too, but it seems relevant to be here as well, if this is a problem please delete this thread)

Way, Way, Way late to the party...

Share the same passions as you do....

Recently completed collecting speakers like this, sitting on 4 of the FCM-8, a pair of the PCS-8, and arranging to purchase a third PCS-8.

If you still have these, you may want to contact me to see how to "fix" them. The FCM-8 of this era had ferrofluid that drys out terribly forming a mud mixture and really, really blurring or cutting down on HF for the tweeters.

These are incredible HT speakers, and you can service the tweeters easily, very easily. One of the FCM I had sounded like **** and I cleaned up the three tweeters, its literally like new. A second step could be taken to replace the old caps too, but that is another story.

I'm going to run 6 channels of power to these, but install a passive crossover in each PCS-8, not run them as subs. Essentially a HT version of the 801.

Did you keep these afterall?
