Cut up 2 large onions and 3-5 garlic cloves, fry them in a some olive oil in med-high heat. After it softens up and caramelizes, toss the beef in and sear that for a bit. Then it's your seasoning and spices of choice. Add salt to taste, hot sauce, etc...

Then, add in some tomatoes and / or tomato paste and white wine. Set the heat down to low and let it simmer for a couple hours or so. How long really depends on the meat and how tender it is.

I usually eyeball everything so sorry I don't have exact measurements, but this is the basic breakdown I always use to prepare my beef stew. I don't always use the same spices and usually just go by what I have in the pantry lol, but it still comes out pretty damn legit each time.

After a long evening of back to back to back activities (gf, lifting, soccer game), had a double meat chicken ceaser pita from pita pit, then cooked up 7 slices of french toast. Was still hungry

Hi all,

I'm Shirley from Wolverhampton, 32 years old. I've been trying to follow a healthier lifestyle, eat right and lose some weight. Recently came across a great diet on and thought I would give it a go. Already lost 15 lbs in a few weeks! This might be helpful for everyone who's struggling to lose weigth like me.
