Why does it say "heated seat works, electric seat works" and then photo shows manual seats with no heat?

Might be a scam ad.

Good eye, both of you! Definitely questions to ask the seller for anyone who's even remotely interested.

The contact number is assigned to a phillipines person named Hilario. Based out of LA.

They also haven't replaced the intake air filter in 5 years and are apparently proud enough to put that in the listing!

I'll pile on:

Listing says 236,000 miles but odo reads 256,600

Something doesn't add up!

And the listing also says 200,000 in the odometer field.
I'm leaning towards dumb-assery vs. scam.

Yeah, but WA plates and he did say " with regular trips to Portland & California."

Even thought the distance is long, there's a fair amount of movement up and down the west coast.

I could believe either scenario.
Sketchy on some level at a minimum.

It says $1400!
$5999 is not a bad asking price from a dealer for sub 100k, good col, sport and rust free (if it is), IMHO

I wish it was $1400. I have my brother that lives down there going to look at it. Also taking a look at this one but it seems a little to good to be true

I second that. $1400? They're practically paying you to take it away.

Print out the ad with that price (before they change their mind) and have him take it with him.

Yeah, I see that now on the windshield pic.
Obviously too good to be true, but I hate when dealers do that.

It looks clean and unmolested with just onder 100k miles. With that said, it's right at the tipping point for maintenance items, if it doesn't come with history. Cooling system is about due, as is some suspension attention, idler pullies and belts, etc. It would be a good idea to have a PPI done before negotiating a deal, but it looks to be a nice car.
