Let me start this off by saying I have an early 2002 E 46 M3 manual. I have owned it from new and have daily driven it summer and winter for the last 17 years. I know this car and it has been used, gravel rallies, across lakes, lots of tires. So here is the amazing fact. ORIGINAL CLUTCH @ 207,000+ KM
That’s 130,000 miles, a lot, but not at all unusual for a clutch to last that long.
If all you do is tow a trailer in city traffic clutches don’t last as long. If you do a lot of highway miles a clutch can outlast the life of the car.
Factory battery lasted 11 1/2 years, 64K miles. Not a daily driver, sometimes sits for 3 weeks or so.
