Rear trailing arm - M vs non-M

Hi All, I've been digging around to understand what the difference is between these parts, with not much luck. Yes I know the bushings are different. I am asking what the difference is between the M vs non-M trailing arms themselves:

E46 non-M arms: (33326774779 and 33326774780)

E46 M3 arms: (33322229685 and 33322229686)

And bonus points if you know the distinction to the Z4M trailing arms, which are yet another part number:
E86 Z4M (33327837507 and 33327837508)

Thanks,

Filippo

M vs non-M, I think the brake caliper mount is different, don't know much beyond that.

M3 vs Z4M - that one is news to me. Based on the picture the arms themselves have the same part number cast onto them, so the difference is probably going to be something relatively subtle (something drilled at a different angle or something like that).

Not sure about the Z4 arms, but the M3 arms will have the provision for the larger parking brake assy. Will be fine on a 330i or 325xi, but would have to do the whole budget 330i "big brake kit" if going on a 325i.
