Blower motor flaps/doors

Hi...i recently changed my blower motor and when installing everything back i got the left circulation flap/door to move electronically but unfortunately i couldnt get the other door to move electronically...was wondering if theres something wrong or it should be like that
Will really appreciate any help..thanks

My Ride: 3series
Its detached from the arm. The flaps are moved by a servo motor, all located on the right (passenger) side of the hvac box but linked by rods to the other side.
