Light Headed - Dizzy after working out Legs and eating crappy carbs

So I have been trying to get healthier recently.

Over the last few months with mostly diet and some exercise, I have lost about 30 lbs.
Since early September I have been on a very low carb diet. I have been eating a lot of eggs, usually some sort of veggie omelet or I throw in leftover meat if I happen to have something around.
I have also been eating steel cut oatmeal with fruit in it, raw almonds/cashews, and we usually do some sort of lean meat and veggies for dinner. Sometimes we have black beans and/or quinoa.

So the other night, I got dizzy out of nowhere, and it stayed that way all night. I went to sleep hoping it would be find in the morning, and i was still dizzy.
Eventually I got mostly back to normal by mid afternoon.

I remembered that I had gotten light headed and disconnected feeling randomly less than a week ago. The first time it happened, we went out for Thai food and I ate a bunch of white rice. Then the other day I ate a philly cheese steak, which of course is the only time I ate a large amount of white bread in the last few months.

So after playing google dr. I determined that it was probably my body over-reacting to the crappy white refined carbs.

But then it occurred to me that both of these instances all occurred on the only days that I have done leg workouts in a long time.

At this point I figure it was a perfect storm of eating refined carbs causing my blood sugar / insulin to go crazy, and less blood flowing to my head because it has been going to my legs to rebuild cells. And also some inner ear things due to allergies or maybe I am getting sick.

I figured that I would post in here and see if anyone has and other insight or similar experiences.

My fiance reminded me that it could also be the muscle milk. I think that is it, or at least a contributing factor.
Both times, I drank a 100 calorie Muscle Milk pre-mixed 8oz shake after my leg workouts.

Probably something in these ingredients, along with the crappy food:
