Yeah. I mean I'm sure I can throw up more weight if I could squat clean, since I wouldn't have to throw it as high. I'm gonna be working in that

A good workout plan is one of the most important things in bodybuilding. And following that workout plan is the another.
I am the beginner and thanks for sharing this excellent 10-week workout plan. I will definitely follow it.
