Don't reset your codes until you figure out what is going on. Get a code reader - OBDFusion works

codes read.27c3 , cvm open control button active , dme can fault management egs 299a , 27c3 dme thermal oil level sensor, talked to friend , told him scenario and he suggested transmission overheating, had fluid changer 11 months ago, no filter,123000 miles now, driven lightly since, both times hour or so highway drives , then ran into stopped traffic, after about 10 min of not moving all lights on dash came on , car quit, is there a sensor that will shut down car if tranny gets hot?

fyi, tran low on oil, shitty mech, pulled pan reple filter and oil, trans oil temp at 210 at 100 ambient in reverse, in hot parking lot 20 min,192 when driving, drove 5 miles one way then 5 back and let idle in revers, reader gives live data, engine oil temp 230 coolant eng temp 215,eng coolant outlet temp 210,car seems ok, all in specs as per research..suggested oil temps 230 to 250 ,suggested tranny temps 175 to 225 so looking good
