How to replace rear quarter glass

Had a car break-in, and they smashed the small window on the back door.
How do I replace it?

I've never done it on one of these, but on the VW I did do it on you pulled the main window glass and then removed the post between the two and the small glass would come out.

I'm almost certain that that window is glued in. You'd have to remove the trim and then cut it out/bond a new one in place.
Might have to head to an auto glass shop.
