Are you in CFBMW?

Best person to talk to would likely be David.

No, Garret's AA TS made I think 365 or 375. And his was fairly conservative.

Garretts car made upwards of 360whp on stock internals with FI cams.

I don't know of anyone who's pushed the M54 to the point where it's failed with the stock motor. With a full build, I remember Mike Benvo's head lifting @ ~450whp on his b30.

I somewhere remember Chris @ HPF saying if they still built the 330i kit, the kit will be in the 500's.
Search the FI sub-section for it. It's like 3000 posts

I bought Garrett's AA TS kit...I'm making 345whp. I just have the cams and headers. I think the only thing I don't have is the AA exhaust which I sold off.

Metric Mechanic said that one of the weak points of the M54 are the head bolts. So the head will leak eventually or something.

Hi, I think that Brian (ASAed330) is running 15,2 psi and has more than 400 RWHP - with ESS pistons. I think that 16 psi is the max boost from the TS - don't know if it could take more if the supercharger could give more...

Isn't a 1.6L blower?? I don't think that would be able to push a 21psi to say 6800rpm redline on 3.0L motor.... BUT who knows.

BTW, those are awesome numbers you have!

That's sick Stuart! Is that on just the basic TS2+ kit?

Thats awesome to never be opened!
Get some arp 2000's... and then really see what you can do. Have you ever thought about buying .098MLS headgasket along with some studs to push it further??
