Any Pointers to my routine?
I like my strength, but I am looking to lean out and mix up my routine, and I don't even really know where to start. I eat pretty clean, sleep well, and drink lots of water. I just want to lean out more and keep my strength. Any Suggestions?
I divide my training into;
Chest & Tris,
Back & Bis ,
Shoulders & Legs ,
**Chest & Tri Day;**
10 Incline Press - 10 Dips - 15Crunches
Set 2: x3)
10 Flat Press- 10 Rope extensions - 10 Side Bends
Set 3: x3)
10 Fly Machine- 10 Dumbell kickbacks - 10 Weighted Twists
30 min Cardio
**Back & Bi Day:**
10 Weighted Curls - 10 Lat Pull Downs - 15 Butterfly Kicks
10 reverse curls - 10 seated Rows - 1 min planks
10 hammer curls across chest - 10 Roman Chair w/25lb plate - 10 abs(various) exercises
**Shoulders & Legs Day:**
Set1: x3) 10 Leg Press - 10 Shoulder Abduction - 10 Front Shoulder Shrugs
Set2: x3) 10 Front Leg Extension - 10 Lawnmowers - 10 Rear Shoulder Shrugs
Set3: x3) 10 Back Leg Curls - 10 Lat Raise - 10 reps of SOMETHING
45 Min Cardio
I was looking at a workout plan like this and just adding 30 min of Cardio to the end of each day.
I guess I am looking for a little progression as well, but mostly just tone/leaning out.

Still odd to me that people want to lean out or get bigger and don't mention diet. Eat clean? What does that even mean?
