software version for MS45.1 MANUAL program?

i just completed MS45.1 ZHP engine into a 2000 323 with auto to manual swap. everything is good and the only CEL is for EGS timeout.

i have removed option code 205 fro Cluster, LCM and installed an M3 MK20 DSC module already set to manual transmission.

i have checked my cluster, DSC and they are all set as manual and LC has no 205 SA code either.

the DME i have is for a 2004 Auto ZHP so im guessing i need to reflash it with the MANUAL software with WINKFP.

does anyone know how to find the manual version of the MS45.1 ZHp software to flash with WINKFP?

i tried using this nifty program i found on M3 forum called Youve got ZBnumberwang and pointed it to my MS451 DATEN folder and it showed a lot of stuff but no where in there does it explicitly state which one is manual and which one is automatic.

i could have sworn that all i had to do wads clear adaptations in the DME using INPA on MS45.1 and it would have set to MANUAL as long as i had the clutch switch wired properly which i do but that didnt work.

thanks in advance!!

I actually have a manual tune file for MS 45.1 that I used on my last ZHP DME on my last wagon. Could I just flash that or is it like MS 54 DMEs where there's different software version than you cannot mix and match tune files unless you have the proper full file?

I was going to try using Terras new MS-45 flasher software and flash the bin file that I have for my other MS-45 ZHP DME.

I just didn't want to do it if it was going to cause me to brick the DME since it wasn't originally from this DME

just for future reference, there is no auto or manual DME software. The DME has both in the software and it is set to which 'box when setup in the car.

Thanks guys. I did use INPA with the f9 option to clear all adaptations and that didn't get rid of the egs error but maybe I chose the wrong option.

I appear to be good now.. crossing fingers.
