FBI: Three Times More Americans Stabbed To Death In 2015 Than Killed By Rifles, Shotguns Combined

Kinda makes the whole anti-gun obsession seem weird, no?

Yes, totally agree. And if those stabbed had been exercising their right to carry, they might not have become a statistic....

Ban assault kitchen knives but start with mandatory registration of any knives with blades longer than 3"

Butter knives next

The real danger is sporks, though...

not surprising at all.

people will kill with what they have at hand. every house has knives, therefore many stabbings.

put a gun in every house, loaded, as easy to access as a kitchen drawer, you might have a more even split.

but it also works the other direction.

there's no gun violence problem here in Canada

Reedo302 beat me to it but I'd like to add this to the cover-up. https://www.nationalobserver.com/201...ompare-canadas

yes we have had incidences of violence. that does not denote a widespread problem.

with that link you're proving my points.

"When looking at firearm-related homicide rates in comparable countries, Canada’s rate is about seven times lower than that of the United States (3.5 per 100,000 population)"

"Most traced guns [in canadian gun violence] turn out to be from USA"
so your problem is spilling over into my country.

So I/we disproved your claim, not the other way around.

I think that most of your oppressed Canadians yearn for the Freedoms we have here... to include our Second Amendment ( The right to defend your life and not live as Serf) and the right to your own choice in Health care. Which is also why so many of your countrymen come to the US. I live in Florida I know, I see them all about the time the weather turns cold up there. LOL

You can have my spork when you pry it from my cold, dead, gravy-covered hand.

Colonel Sanders didn’t give his life for us to have our sporks taken away.
