MS45.1 ICV delete HELP!

To give a little insight my car is turbo, ccv deleted, sap delete, rear 02 and cat delete, pretty much all of the vacuum ports of been threaded and plugged or "boost proofed". My last major pita has been the ISA. For those of you that know the m54 intake mani has a rubber grommet like thing that is basically held in place by just pressure, there's no way to get a clamp on one end of the ISA so it inevitably leaks at vacuum and on boost. I've disabled the ISA with the parameter LC_Isa_ena and the car started and idled perfect after I threaded and plugged the intAke manifold. I turned the car off went to take a shower and when I came back out the car cranked/no started. Replaced ISA and re-enabled isa and car runs as normal. The clutter that is my ISA setup is driving me INSANE!! Someone help me figure out why I was able to start, rev and idle my car with a plugged ISA Port & ISA removed and disabled once but never able to replicate the same scenario. Ive spent a few weeks toying with removing and re-installing trying various combinations of programming and mechanical changes but haven't had any luck getting the car to run at all unless the IsA is installed and enabled. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

So I've been able to determine that the car will start/idle/rev until 1/4 way up the temp gauge. Once past that temp it dies and will not restart until cold or the ICV is re installed. Any help or insight would be much appreciated. I'm getting really sick of f**cking around with my intake piping,DISA and throttle body to change all of the ICV components back and forth for testing purposes... ***x1f92c;
