MS43 reconfiguring buttons, binding maps

Hello everyone, beginner alert
Is it possible to change dme behaviour depending on which switch is (de)pressed?
Example 1: Make exhaust pop activated only when DSC button is pushed
Example 2: Engage RPM limiter only when brake is depressed in 1st gear instead of clutch?
I'm not looking here for complete solution, just for a place to start. Thanks!

No, MS43 doesn´t know the switch state of the DSC button.
