Auto --> Manual Tranny Swap *Update

Ok,

First, thanks to:

Seth @ JB Eurotech Service
Chris @ JCL
Jared aka Ivegotissues

Some of you know I did this swap in the summer of this year.

finally got the coding work done today @ JCL in PA

since they closed at 1pm today i headed out from NY at 8 and arrived by 10am due to the rainy weather!

anyway...

1. my car is a full fledge Manual
2. Activated alarm
3. JCL took the time to explain the process, very informative!

Chris, is great and the team of techs there are fast and pros based on my observation, each one took careful notice to detail when it comes to Bimmers.

5 Stars! in my book, plan on going back to get other work done that I can't do with Jack stands

so here are some pics, enjoy!

lil confused about your question, but after the programming that gear icon is no longer there

my codes were related to a serial link cable that had to do with it being an auto, that was the error i was getting.

now after the coding, no errors, no SES & no gear icon

Cool.

JCL is a great shop with very friendly, helpful people.

You should have driven another mile down the road n checked out the MCM BMW chassis Joey Hand took his famous wild ride in.

The chassis from the windshield back is actually in great shape... the front... HAH
