It's a 2000 chassis but it looks like you've fully facelifted it? Amazing looking car. Haven't seen alcantara in a Touring before, let alone heated alcantara.

Yes you are correct. I purchased a full facelift front end hood fenders bumper headlights side skirts from a titanium silver four-door ZHP.

I had the front bumper sideskirts and brand new rear touring mtech bumper painted with brand new titanium silver paint.

I prefer the face lift look, it's modern and sleek

The front seats are heated and lumbar control and the rear seats are from Germany.

Matching Cloth Door panels are also from a ZHP sedan.

Well done. Too bad I'm no longer looking for a touring. I'd have bought yours in a heartbeat.

I tried to source those seats from Germany. Gave up and decided to do M Rain/Alcantara instead. Very nice job sir.

I think anyone here who doesn't have an S54 touring is pretty much thinking the exact same thing. And I love my touring.

I really think I'll be happy with my B30 upgrade. I'm going to keep an eye out for ZHP cams to put in at some point, but I'm not in a huge rush. I'm keeping the 3.46 rear end and we're installing a 6spd, so mine should scoot along really well.

Nextelbuddy's car is very much along the lines of what I'm trying to do. I looked into the seats he has but decided it was more cost effective to reupholster with the M-rain and Alcantara (although I'm less confident of that now ). It's conceptually a really nice car and similar to what I'm trying to achieve.

I love Nextelbuddy's builds, always top notch and well executed. What boggles my mind is why he sells them!! After that time and effort (some of us work very hard for quite a while to achieve it) I would hang onto it for a while! Maybe we think of him as a junior George Hill? Lol! Bringing other's BMW dreams come true!

I love my ZHP sedan (and a 330/6MT touring would be very similar), I also love my S54 wagon. If I could only have one IDK which it would be, but I do know I will always have either a 330/6MT or S54 Touring in the fleet.

I know this is not an E46 but it is a BMW touring and there are (obviously) a lot of long-tail enthusiasts here that might be interested or know of someone who is interested in this car.

Rare 6 speed manual E61 wagon. Pre-LCI N52 3L naturally aspirated engine. Complete M5 front end fitted, converted to 2WD spec using factory parts (not just disconnect half shafts). Coil over kit, M5 sway bars/steering wheel/lighted shifter. Alpine white over Cinnamon leather. Meticulous maintenance - 40k mi driveline fluid changes, 2 yr brake fluid, 4 yr coolant with full maintenance history documentation. Comes with 2nd set of wheels with snow tires. More details here:

https://5series.net/forums/complete-...2/#post1601783

This car is owned by a good friend who lives in Bloomington, Indiana. The RWD conversion was done to the highest standard using factory parts and there are no electrical gremlins, etc. thanks to proper wiring and coding.

Cheers,

Matt

Really nice-looking early model.

Trigger warning: has gray interior.

He did and BaT did not accept the car. Odd considering its appeal and the appearance of many AWD E61's on the site since that time.

BAT can be weird. I used to love the site. Now that they are simply an auction site, I don't like them anymore. Good place to sell your car for an over-inflated price though.
