Motorcycle hit my bumper still not straight after new bumper

I had a motorcycle hit my left drivers side corner bumper. Ended up shifting the whole bumper. I removed the cover and got a new bumper from the junk as well as bumper shocks. Better but still doesn't sit straight no matter what I do. I have a hard time believing that the frame is twisted just from that, but I'm not sure. When took the cover and bumper it didn't look like the frame was touched, just the shocks.

Anyways, any ideas what I should do? How should I go about getting it it straight?
