ABS DSC BRAKE Trifecta - cold start

Cold weather snap here with 10-20 degrees Fahrenheit. Brake fluid flushed and filled at stealership about 6 months ago. Got the ABS DSC BRAKE trifecta that stays on for about 15 seconds and then off. What to check? Thoughts?

Start car and turn steering wheel all the way to the left then all the way to the right. See if that helps.

How old is the battery? Have you checked to see if there are any codes?

The battery is one year old. I have not checked for codes. I need to get my XP laptop setup...

Curiously, the headlights cut out briefly when the passenger seat heater was turned on couple days ago. And, the radio and instrument cluster reset twice thus zeroing out trip and mileage computer.

Can you explain what turning the wheel will accomplish? I am learning...

I`d check the battery with a voltmeter along with the cells. Worth also cleaning the ground connections(neg cable, eng ground cable, etc..). I just use an old Peake reader(SRS and a regular DTC reader from them) for our xi which has worked out quite well.
We had a so-so battery in our xi which I upgraded to a 800cca NAPA AGM unit. It got rid of a lot of electrical isms with the car.
