I did see an unmarked G35 sedan have someone pulled over. The guy who stepped out of it was in full state trooper gear. They do have unmarked random cars they use from time to time.

I'm curious as to why someone would pull over for a G35, though...

They have plenty of unmarked cars. They’re usually seized cars from drug dealers. Ive also seen a G35 but in Nashville. There are tons of unmarked Tahoes going around AL as well. But they all use Ka band radar so there’s minimal risk of getting picked off by one.

MN is almost exclusively laser at this point, at least it is in the city for that matter. Damn blue states and their money...

If AL goes laser, I'm just going to get jammers.

Not legal here, if you get caught it's a big fine. Not many people run them.

They’re not legal anywhere. That’s why they’re hidden and you slam the brakes and turn them off ASAP.

States in green are legal. Still a worthy investment since the chance of getting caught with them is very small.

I believe that’s for radar detectors. Laser jammers are illegal everywhere AFAIK. Radar jammers are federally illegal based on FCC regulations.

Not true, only certain states have made them illegal.

Laser jammers, on the other hand, aren't specifically banned. Radar jammers get jammed up with FCC regulations because they send out unregulated radio waves, but laser jammers don't cause nearly the same disruption to police equipment because they emit only a beam of light.

Sounds like a technicality? It is.

Laser jammers haven't yet been banned by federal law but there are several states which have rallied against its use. The following states have laws in place against the use or ownership of a laser jammer:
  • California
  • Colorado
  • Illinois
  • Minnesota
  • Nebraska
  • Oklahoma
  • South Carolina
  • Tennessee
  • Texas
  • Utah
  • Virginia
  • Washington D.C.
https://www.radarbusters.com/State-R...aws-s/2412.htm

Proper etiquette with a laser jammer is to switch the device off while slowing down (after being alerted). The idea is to make it look like the gun didn't get a read the first time rather than let them know it was jammed.

Yup, I was gonna say, laser jammers are legal here in Mass, as are Radar Detectors, but realistically, using a V1 and Waze, pretty much just about eliminates the need for a laser jammer, unless you're consistently traveling at triple digit speeds

PBA cards don't do anything. You wouldn't know because you've never used one and don't have one.

And if the cop that pulls you over and you have a family shield, if they don't know your family member they usually don't give a **** about it, unless you live with your parents in your little Long Island town.

Its always hilarious when Gasking pops up and spreads his douchebaggery across every thread. I wonder where he has been? Overseas making oil deals, developing real estate in Manhattan, maybe he has a private island now that he frequents, oh maybe he had another fake kid.

He's doing none of those things, except fake kid, he's living in his parent's basement dreaming about owning a gas station one day.
