Your set is correct. You should use stock chain.

That kit is what I am going with. Build not finished as I have to decide which cam to go with 12:1 comp pistons for pump gas.

Stock you mean M54 chain?

Why people use Parkin Racing Development chain tensioner for $60 when it is cheaper and faster to purchase stock S54 chain tensioner kit and install it? Maybe there are any difficulties with installing on M54 engine?
