Splash Guard

I recently bought a nice e46 325xi, it is little lowered with coil overs and 18 inch wheels. I went under the car one day just to look at it, i see the splash gusrd/shield is halfway torn pretty much leaving most of the engine uncovered anyways. Should i put it back on even though it is broken pretty much halfway?

You might consider finding a decent replacement to install. They offer a fair bit protection from road debris and for drafting. It always amazes me how much stuff is left on highways and roads. If our oil pan was exposed around here(PNW), the level sensor(newly installed) and harness would probably be hit within a week.
Regards

Have you tried going to, or calling a dealer with your VIn#. They should be able to provide you with the correct part # for the car.
