AA Stage 1 M54B30 SuperCharger lack of power

So some background. Car is a 2005 330xi. I installed the AA stage 1 kit and installed the flash for the DME. Car pulled very hard from 4800 to 7000 almost like a big turbo car.

Put about 1000miles on it with no issues. Then all of a sudden it stopped pulling hard. Felt more like a NA car and no more top end power.

I brought it to get dyno tuned and the initial numbers were 180whp/170wtrq. After some fueling changes and timing we got it up to 200whp/192wtrq and power is falling off at 6000rpm where as before it kept pulling very hard.

The only thing I feel is suspect is my disa valve which is a newish vaico unit.

Here is a list of the rest of the NEW parts on the car.

VDO Fuel Pump
MAHLE Fuel Filter
OE Cam Sensors
OE Vanos Solenoids
VDO Throttle Body
OE Throttle Pedal
OE Coolant Temp Sensor
OE IAT Sensor
VDO MAF Sensor
VAICO DISA Valve
PCV Mod
NGK BKR7E 0.028
DELPHI Coils
OE Oil Temp Sensor
BOSCH Primary O2 Sensors
Ebay CATLESS Headers
Vanos Seals done
No boost leaks
Fuel pressure at 60psi
BOV is closing at WOT
Compression was 180-190psi across all 6

I ordered a new genuine disa valve but other than that I dont know where to go with this. I think crank sensor is the only thing I havent done.

So switched the disa valve to a genuine one, couldnt find anything wrong with the old one.

Compression was 185psi across the board
Leakdown was 5-10% across the board

Im lost as what else could be the problem

Ya that's the problem. The kit is advertised as 365bhp which even on a awd like mine I should be seeing roughly 275whp with a 25% drivetrain loss and that's not including the catless headers.

It was defiently pulling hard before and then it just stopped pulling.

The kit itself was not new but I did replace all the fluids. Pulleys. Tensioner. Belt. Check valves and has the injectors cleaned and flow tested. I am seeing 8psi of boost at redline and bov is closing at WOT and opening when I release the throttle

I messeged my tuner about getting the logs.

Today I removed the exhaust completely and had no change. Also switched out the maf sensor with another one, No change. Reset adapations, no change. Tightened the bov preload, didnt make any difference.

Unplugging the maf made it ALOT slower.
