Oil Change Gone Wrong

I attempted to change my oil again and broke off the top of the oil filter housing cap. I tried using a strap wrench to remove it but it's a really tight space and I can get much leverage.

I did some web searching and found the cap/cup filter wrench that's shaped like a bowl (which makes me think it's exactly what I need to remove the broken housing cap) but can't find the proper size (86mm and 93mm was too small). Any suggestions on the right size...or other ideas on how to remove it?Click image for larger version
