Mostly I shoot at the burnsville pistol range, I just picked up an HK USP in .45 acp, it is wicked accurate and since I have large hands it fits me perfectly, where do you guys shoot rifle at longer ranges? (300+ meters) i have been looking for a good long distance range for some time now, i've got a bet to settle involving a cocky marine and an m-1 garand.....

I wish I had an answer to that question. I have to go to my Uncle's farm outside Rochester whenever I want to get anything over 100m. I can get a good 600m out there, but it's a pain in the butt to go down there everytime I want to pop off some rounds at longer range.

I always told myself that if I ever get any decent amount of money, I'd open a range outside the metro area w/ a 1000m range. There'd be LOTS of money to make off it.

Anyone know of any ranges?

I don't know of anything here either unfortunately. I only shoot long range when down in Iowa. I've been thinking about building a target on my property but the max line of sight distance I can get is about 200 -250 yards since the terrain is rolling hills.
